In-stock parts are delivered within 2 days. Unused parts can be returned for credit within 10 days of the invoice date.

Delivered from our Mbombela branch, including scheduled runs to Phalaborwa.
Delivery time
In-stock parts arrive within 2 days of order. Parts we source for you get their delivery date on the quote.

Please check parts when they arrive. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us straight away so we can sort it out.
Returns for credit
We accept parts back for credit within 10 days of the invoice date, because our own suppliers give us a similar return window. Returned parts must be unused and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept these back:
- Parts that have been fitted, or where fitting was attempted
- Damaged, drilled, cut, painted or modified parts
- All electrical parts
- Parts not in their original packaging
How to return a part
- Contact the branch that supplied the part, with your invoice number and the reason for the return.
- Bring or send the part back, unused and in its original packaging, within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Once we have checked the part, we credit your account.
